Care integration

Our case managers work hard to assist in the early identification of additional diseases that may be overshadowed by the primary condition, provide multidisciplinary referrals and collaborate with other vendors to support your employees throughout the care process.

Concierge Connections To Care

Our approach ensures that members seeking behavioral healthcare services receive concierge-level service that guides them to the appropriate level of care in a timely, compassionate manner.

Every call is directly answered 24/7/365 by a licensed, master's or doctorate-level behavioral health clinician—certified in distance counseling—who conducts a thorough telephonic assessment.

Once we understand what they are dealing with, our team finds the right referral options for the member's specific needs. We handle the legwork of identifying available in network professionals who are accepting new patients, so they only have to reach out to confirm the appointment.

SimpleEAP is designed to help you deal with everyday problems before they negatively affect your health, relationships or job performance. The EAP addresses a wide variety of issues, including marital differences, stress, childcare issues, and work-related concerns. It is available to you and your family members. SimpleBehavioral benefits are available for the primary treatment of diagnosed mental health and/or substance use conditions on an inpatient or outpatient basis. The health care provider makes an assessment, diagnosis, and determines a detailed treatment plan, which may include medication management, psychotherapy, and /or facility-based treatment. You may have a co-payment or co-insurance requirement to use this service.
Unlike the EAP, which is fully funded by the employer, mental health and substance use treatment may be covered under your medical benefit plan, you may be required to pay a copayment, coinsurance or deductible as outlined in coverage.
24/7/365 support is available by calling 888-425-4800. Every call is answered by a licensed behavioral health clinician.
