Our Story
Founded in 2011 by orthopedic physicians and physical therapists, we set out to revolutionize musculoskeletal care. Drawing on clinical expertise and following guidelines from the CDC, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and the American Physical Therapy Association, we developed personalized recovery pathways supported by artificial intelligence. Over the years, our virtual MSK solution has empowered tens of thousands to successfully manage pain and reclaim their lives.
In 2022, we expanded our offerings through the Halcyon Behavioral and PhysMetrics merger and acquisition, broadening our scope to include omnichannel MSK and behavioral health services. Today, we are one company, SimpleTherapy, Inc. where our members benefit from a unified care approach that blends digital programs, virtual services, and a national network of over 20,000 physical and behavioral medical providers.
