As a partially provider owned company, SimpleTherapy strives to make our networks provider friendly.  SimpleTherapy providers are on the cutting edge of high-tech health care delivery while also enjoying the benefits of being a preferred provider for hundreds of thousands of plan members who use our app and health care services.

SimpleTherapy's book of business includes traditional PPO access in addition to the SimpleTherapy app which elevates virtual care to in-office care whenever it is necessary.  If you are interested in joining our nationwide network of over 20,000 MSK and behavioral health providers, please request our application package.

Request Information

Once a complete application is received, approved applicants are added to the network in approximately 60 days.  SimpleTherapy applies nationally recognized credentialing standards for all provider types.

No, there are absolutely no changes to your patients’ benefits or services.

Our customer service teams are available to answer any questions your patients may have. In addition, they will learn about the name change from PhysMetrics to SimpleMSK through:

  1. A communication and FAQ sent to their employers
  2. Notifications on their custom landing pages
  3. Additional communications including social media and press releases
No. This name change will not affect any current contracts, accounts, permits, or licenses. PhysMetrics has filed a DBA for SimpleMSK Administrators, “SimpleMSK.” 
Yes, you will start to notice the new logos on all documentation including EOBs.
Since our phone numbers remain the same, there's no immediate need for new ID cards. New cards may be issued upon each client’s renewal.
